Derived by crystallization, Crystal Brown Sugar is made by simmering the molasses to their vapor point in an open evaporator or vacuum pan. The product appears as sucrose crystal coated with molasses with a light amount of invert sugar and minerals.

Crystal Brown Sugar comes in fine or agglutinated particles with dark brown color and high moisture mix.
